- Salmon Creek Treatment Plant Phase 5 Expansion Projects: The Salmon Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant (SCTP) receives and treats roughly 8–10 million gallons of wastewater per day from approximately 120,000 Clark County homes and businesses.
- Salmon Creek Treatment Plant Odor Control and Existing Facilities Improvements: The new odor control systems went online in early 2021 with the remaining project finishing in the fall of 2021.
- Columbia River Outfall and Effluent Pipeline: The new Columbia River Outfall (Package 1) project began construction in September 2021 with completion scheduled for mid-2022. The new effluent pipeline is wrapping up design and permitting in 2021 with construction scheduled for 2022 and 2023.
- Salmon Creek Treatment Plant Secondary Treatment Process Improvements: Project is currently in the permitting and design phase. Construction is anticipated to start in mid-2022 and continue through 2024.
